If a thing has to be great, it has to be simple and easy to understand and easy to use and easy to follow...

Take the case of Google. Its simple interface, ease of use made it one of the most popular tool to use . You dont need to be a genius to use it... but on using it effectively we will become genius.. :)

There is one more tool i came across today. It is Mind map.
My first reaction on seeing the tool is, it is great. It is easy to learn, easy to follow and it is going to make my meeting simpler and effective. There is a freeware available which you can try ( FreeMind ) . taking notes using this tool is same as the way we think. and it also come up with some nice features like exporting it as a image, html file. all these options are very handy.
