We can see unfinished concrete work with sharp iron rods of 2 meter on one side of the road for nearly 5 KM's. Worst part is there is no covering done on it to prevent people from going neat it. It is kept open. To add to its misery, it is being done on a 2 meter deep canal that has been dig along one side of the road.
